Day 1
January
31, 2024, and it’s my first day on my on-the-job training (ojt) in the ICT office
my mentor is DR. Davie balmadrid. At first, I didn’t know that Sir Davie ask me
to start at Thursday, but he told me that to start now. At 1:00 pm sir Davie
task me to help Sir Carl to change the pc unit’s SSD storage and two units are
change to solid state drive and Sir Carl task me to install the two unit's windows
10. At first, I didn’t get to install it because some computer units have changes
in the bios settings and Sir Carl troubleshot it and barrow to his coworker sir
Alfredo and sir alfredo make a new one windows installer. A few thumb drive
later I got to install windows the two unit and I ask Sir Carl to how they
update the drivers and the windows and told me that Sir Jerald have a driver
installer. And Sir Carl barrow it and task me again to update the drivers in
the unit and teach me how to navigate to the application. And I told Sir Carl
that the windows are not yet activated and ask Sir Jerald and take a look of it
and told me that we installed the wrong windows 10. The unit have a windows 10
home single language and we installed to it is windows 10 pro and the digital
license didn’t register the windows 10 pro and Sir Jerald troubleshoots it and
didn’t get it and task me to find the right installer on the internet and I
only get some forms and say that you can get the windows 10 home single
language in the Microsoft website only the pro version. And Sir Carl borrows the
cloner to Sir Raymond and work on it tomorrow. And sir Davie task me to monitor
all the passed letter, the deployment and the start of deployment of my
classmate.

Day 2
February 1, 2024, is my second day of my OJT in the ICT office. In the morning sir Carl tasked me to work on the computer to find the right windows for it. At first, I couldn't find the right installer for the unit. After hours of searching for it, I found a forum on the Microsoft website on how to get the right installer, so I followed it, and I got the Windows 10 home single language and told Sir Carl that I found the installer and asked me again to install it. After that I got to install it and I borrowed Sir Jerald's hard drive to install the drivers in the computer and I got to install all the drivers and the task was done. Around in the afternoon Sir Davie asked me to make a monitoring sheet of our block and he gave me a template and started to do it. But the list is not yet complete and task me again to check some papers for his quiz in the other depart.

Day 3
February 2 2024 my third day of my OJT in the ICT office. In the morning I got a chance to finish my task to check all the quizzes and after that sir Zeus asked to accompany him to go to the third floor of the “white house” building and in the afternoon I got to experience the meeting in the ICTO office. The meeting is all about what are the accomplishments of the office and what are the next job to do.
